England
Term: Fall, Spring, Summer, Throughout the year
Description:
Huron University USA in London is an international American university located in central London, England, since 1983. Accredited in the USA by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, we offer quality 4-year US degrees and 1-year masters programs recognized throughout the world. Currently, we have 320 students from 61 countries and provide a unique international environment. All of our courses have a strong emphasis on the practical. Internship placements with international firms and organisations are an integral part of the Huron educational experience, and our graduates find that the international work experience gained at Huron is of great interest to employers. Our talented professors teach our students in small classes, which are an average of 15 students. With only 10 students to each professor, Huron students receive extremely high levels of personalized guidance and support from faculty and staff. From the provision of personal tutorials, to the allocation of an academic advisor, Huron does everything to ensure each student reaches their full potential.
Highlights:
As one of the oldest American educational programs in London, Huron-London has developed a wide range of internships for visiting students. These include placements with banks and other financial institutions; international corporations; museums; auction houses and art galleries; travel agencies, hotels and restaurants; theatres and arts organizations; charities and international organizations. Our Director of Internship ensures that students are well briefed, well prepared, and well supervised during their placement. We provide work experience available nowhere else in the world, and we see that students get maximum benefit from it.
