Description: William Blue School of Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Management provides practical, industry-relevant training and highly-regarded academic qualifications for the Hospitality and Tourism industry worldwide. William Blue offers a training and qualification pathway to Degree level, and a fully-integrated, paid work placement program, providing high-level practical training for the real world.

The Bachelor degree can be taken in the third year of study at William Blue, after completion of either the Associate Degree in Hospitality Management or the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. The Bachelor degree is awarded by William Blue's university partner, La Trobe University.

The degree aims to equip students with the practical hospitality and tourism business management skills necessary to plan tourism initiatives and to operate hospitality businesses. These skills are sought after by industry and provide the broadest coverage of career paths.

Highlights: This year of study will build on the student's high level of practical, operational, management and business knowledge gained in their Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree, and introduce the higher level thinking and critical analysis skills required for the successful strategic development of a contemporary hospitality business.
