About the course: The AP degree in Marketing Management is a broadly based business career platform. Our programme offers a great opportunity to study areas of marketing specific to the marketing function within organisations (e.g. Sales Management), as well as the study of contemporary techniques in marketing. Students can take a Space Euro Business Diploma along the way. Core themes: Compulsory subjects: International Marketing, Global Communication, Project Management, Financial Management, Global Economics. Elective subjects: International Finance, EU Studies. If you speak Danish further electives are possible. Methods of teaching & learning: Group-based activities, interdisciplinary themes, external lecturers, study visits to enterprises, study tours, project work. Duration: 2 years (4 semesters). Level of degree: AP Degree (A short pragmatic programme aimed at a business career); comparable to the first 2 years of a Bachelor Degree. Programme structure: The programme is divided into 2 parts: 3 semesters take place at the Academy and consist of compulsory and elective subjects; for the fourth semester of the programme specialisation period you can choose between a stay in a company and a study period both can take place either in Denmark or abroad. The education programme is completed with a final project that is to be made in close collaboration with a specific company (if desired, the same company where you stayed during the specialisation period). Individual planning: As a student you can streamline your career basis through the choice of electives, specialisation and final project. Assessment: Assessment is carried out via a combination of coursework assignments, and interdisciplinary examinations. A range of methods used includes problem solving exercises, formal reports (oral, written or posters) and special assignments. Language of the course: English. Career opportunities: After completion of the Marketing Management programme you can continue your studies at business schools or universities in Denmark or abroad, but an AP Degree usually leads to an immediate business career. As the first step, the graduate will become Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Sales Supporter, Trainee, PR Worker, Advertising Consultant, Export Sales Representative, Project Coordinator or Purchasing Assistant. Application deadline: 1st of April (later applications welcome, but no guarantee given). Starting date: 1st of September. Enrolment procedure: contact NOEA for details. Payment deadline: The 1st rate upon reception of the Admission Letter and the 2nd when the visa is obtained; however no later that 1st of August for September enrolment. Cost of compulsory literature: EUR 930,(DKK 7 000,) for the entire programme special service available for students paying full tuition fee. ECTS points: 60 per year; 120 for the full programme. Accommodation cost: Approx. EUR 267,- (DKK 2 000,-) per month at the student hostel.

Entry requirements: For Danish Students: an upper secondary education or a relevant vocational education with specific requirements in English and Business economics. For non-Danish students: one of the following exams:
a) The International / the European Baccalaureate;
b) High school diploma compatible with the Danish system otherwise the Diploma has to be supplemented with university or college studies;
c) Bachelor Degree in relevant subjects from the universities (African countries, India, Pakistan and the Philippines);
d) Other appropriate education found to be acceptable at the discretion of the Academy.
Language proficiency: IELTS (International English Language Testing System) with a minimum score of 6.0 or special interview at the Academy in Denmark.
