Description: Study the art and science of massage in the beautiful city of Heredia. We will provide a twelve week 500 hour massage certificate, with the option of 530 hours if the student elects to take the Spanish for therapists class offered in the evenings. We will provide to the community of Heredia a free student run massage clinic. Our students will have the oppurtunity to live with one of our wonderful home-stay families for the twelve week program. The cost of the homestay is included in the tuition cost.

Heredia is a university town, with the second largest university in Costa Rica being located here. Students must speak some English. Upon completion the students will have the required hours and knowledge to return to the United States and take and pass the National Massage Exam. All of our instructors are Nationally Certified massage therapists, who bring their specialty massage with them to share with the students. We are only accepting 12 students per session at this time.

Highlights: Study massage at the same price of a US school, but with half the cost of living price! The area of Heredia is located in the middle of Costa Rica, so you are able to travel the whole country on your weekends. School will be out early on Fridays, with the oppurtunity to travel into neighboring countries. With tons of adventure tours you will never be bored. We also offer the spanish program for those interested on working on their spanish while in Costa Rica. This will include three night classes, with plenty of oppurtunity to practice in the free clinic. We are excited to give back to the community with our free clinic. This will be located in downtown San Rafael Heredia serving the whole community. We feel that service is essential to the learning experience, and feel this will be a plus for the students as well as the community.
