Description:
The Doctorate of Laws program has been developed in response to the high demand for graduate education in the environment of the present, rapidly changing transition economies. The vision for the economic and social development of the nation must have the appropriate human resource development policy, especially in regard to doctoral programs. This research program will have the candidates to acquire new ways of thinking and attain competence in conducting research. They will be allowed to study and experiment freely in order to discover the new issue and to enable them to create real progress in academics.
Applicants must hold a Master degree or Bachelor degree from an educational institute or university recognized by the Ministry of Education. The degree must be in any field of law. Applicants who hold a Bachelor degree must have obtained first class honours, or the highest honour awarded, from a University recognized by the Ministry of Education. In such case, a transfer of credits will be approved by the Steering Committee of IIS.
