Description:
The study program aims at preparing the students for multijurisdictionary practice in the increasingly important field of IT law, as well as enhancing performance in traditional fields of law through introduction to modern legal techniques and solutions provided by IT. This program is created under recommendation of EULISP CDA (European Universities Legal Informatics Study Program) project.
Highlights:
This is a postgraduate programme that concentrates on the current issues of the EU law and is targeted to the students who have legal background. The semester lasts 16 weeks and examination session takes 4 weeks. The programme consists of at least 60 and no more than 80 credits (90120 ECTS credits), which corresponds to one and half year of studies. Courses usually make up 3 credits. Assessment of student results will normally involve assigned course work as well as an oral or written examination. The programme is conducted exclusively in English. Diploma Awarded: Master of Laws
