Description: The Culinary Academy of India is the first professional training school for culinary arts to be founded in India, matching the standards of top American and European culinary institutes. 1. Three Years Bachelors Degree In Catering Technology & Culinary Arts

Eligibility: 10 + 2
Duration: Three Years
Number of Seats : 60
Fees : University prescribed fee Rs 40,000/-( INR) as Tuition fee. ( However the students have to pay for the following College Uniform+ Lab Uniforms+ Tool Kit( 1st year)+ Carving Kit ( 3rd Year)+ Journals +Training Log Books+Study materials+Culinary Competitions+Culinary field trips and saloons+college t-shirts+ sports+ Daily working lunch)

2. Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts(new)

If your goal is to enter the food industry with a post-graduate level qualification then CAI's PGDCA is the only answer. Post Graduate Diploma in Culinary Arts (PGDCA) is the first specialization course available for hotel, catering, hospitality and culinary graduates in India.

Eligibility: Graduates in hotel, hospitality, catering and culinary streams from a recognized University.

Duration: one year(2 semesters)

3. One and Half Year Craft Certification Course in Food Production.

Approved: State Board of Technical Education , AP
Eligibility: Minimum 16 years of age . A pass in Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as medium of instruction
Duration: One Year College and Six months Industrial Training
Number of Seats: 30
Fees : ASBTE & T prescribed fee range is Rs 32,000/-( INR). ( However the students have to pay for the following College uniform + Lab Uniforms+Tool Kit + Journals + Training Log Books+ Study materials+Culinary Competitions+Culinary field trips and saloons+college t-shirts+ sports+ Daily working lunch)
Enrollment :. Application Form is availed from the academy's Administration Office on payment of RS. 300/- in cash or D.D. drawn in favour of Paragon Educational Society, payable at Hyderabad

3.Diploma In Cruise Galley Operations

Approved : P & O Cruises & Princess Cruises ( UK , USA)
Eligibility : Candidate should be minimum 20 years of age on or before the date of the course.
Bachelor of Hotel Management / Diploma in Hotel Management / Bachelor of Culinary Arts with a minimum of one year experience in professional food service operations.
Duration : 4 Months
Number of Seats : 3 Batches of 25 students each
Fees : Rs . 45,000 /- approx

4.Galley Assistant Familiarization Program

Approved : P & O Cruises & Princess Cruises ( UK , USA)
Eligibility : Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of completion of   the course. A pass in Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) with English as medium of instruction other than English as medium should show competency in the language.Minimum experience of six months in Food / Culinary Industry / Allied areas is necessary.
Duration : 3 Months
Number of Seats : 6 Batches of 30 students each
Fees : Rs.30,500 /- approx

5.Preparatory Course As Costa Cruise Chef

Approved : Costa Cruise Lines , Italy
Eligibility : Candidate should be minimum 21 years of age on or before the date of the course.
Bachelor of Hotel Management / Diploma in Hotel Management / Bachelor of Culinary Arts with a minimum of one year experience in professional food service operations.
Duration : 4 Months
Number of Seats : 3 Batches of 25 Students Each
Fees : Rs 45000/- Approx.
