Description: The Swiss Diploma in Hotel Operations Management develops hospitality and management skills. Hospitality skills are taught in a traditional yet dynamic Swiss manner providing students with expertise in food and beverage service, front office operations, housekeeping and rooms division.

Management skills are developed using an American method, which provides expertise in hospitality management know-how and an in-depth knowledge of the key management subjects. These include Human Resource Management and Finance & Marketing, which are essential for future industry leaders.

Programme Duration
2 years intensive full-time, programme includes two academic semesters and two internships (4-6 months)

* English level equivalent to TOEFL 500
* Minimum age 17.5 years
