Description:
Are you interested in a future career within the field of renewable resources? This Master's Programme provides the skills necessary for an interesting profession within a very important industrial sector both financially and environmentally. The programme is given in close cooperation with the researchers at the Centre of Fibre Science and Communication Network (FSCN) and at the companies SCA and Metso Paper. This close industrial collaboration also provides relevant project tasks and master's thesis projects, and offers the students the opportunity to create well-established contacts with future employers. After completion of the master's programme it will be possible to work with for example process optimization, product development, production management, environmental issues or sales on a global market.
Highlights:
Prerequisites: Degree of Bachelor, Degree of Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or equivalent, with at least 30 Credits (30 ECTS) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, and at least 22.5 Credits (22.5 ECTS) in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics. Proven language proficiency in English, for example shown from one of the following international English tests: - TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 on a paper-based test, or 213 on a computer-based test. - IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.0 and a minimum score on the specific parts of at least 5.0.
