Description: This Master's Programme will particularly emphasise the impact of new media, changing media environments and the professionalization of political communication.

Students following the programme are expected to develop a better understanding of how globalisation, digitalisation and professionalisation processes influence the conditions of political opinion formation and democratic participation in contemporary societies.

The programme is developed in cooperation with public institutions and private companies. It offers excellent opportunities for future professional careers within the media sector, the public sector and the private sector.

Highlights: Prerequisites:
Degree of Bachelor, or equivalent, with at least 90 Credits (90 ECTS) in Media and Communication Science, Journalism or Political Science.

Proven language proficiency in English, for example shown from one of the following international English tests:
- TOEFL with a minimum score of 550 on a paper-based test, or 213 on a computer-based test.
- IELTS with a minimum overall score of 6.0 and a minimum score on the specific parts of at least 5.0.
