Description: Markets are becoming increasingly more global. Competition is intensifying and technology is developing at a rapid pace. This presents opportunities for all businesses but also for competitors. Due to the increasing pressure on the market, companies need to work faster, more efficient and more customer oriented.

The manager of today is expected to have a more integrative and strategic vision. It is no longer adequate to be only concerned with finances or logistic processes, or with personnel or clients. You must know how to integrate the various parts into an effective and efficient whole. Total vision is important. The focus throughout the whole MBA program will be on integration of all the different managerial functions.

The objective of the program is to train students for senior and general management positions in companies and other organizations. The aim is to aim to increase their career opportunities and offer new challenges. An MBA degree is a world-wide-recognized degree that assists businesspeople in developing new strategies in the workplace and giving them guidelines to build upon.

It equips prospective managers with the skills and competencies to cope with decision-making in their future careers. The course combines managerial skills development with the academic and conceptual framework necessary for the manager to understand and operate successfully within the continually changing (international) business environment.

Highlights: The MBA program consists of three semesters of study within a fourteen-month period. During the first and second semester, ten subjects will be offered in which various aspects of management will be dealt with. Among others, these include the four functional areas (Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Financial Management), Personal Skills Training and two core subjects General Management and Strategic Management. Extensive use of case studies and personal experiences will provide the necessary link between theory and practice. The integration of the various disciplines and the role of the manager will be a key issue within the program.
The program is completed with a thesis, which involves an assignment to analyze and solve a strategic problem within a company.

The MBA program has 60 Master credits (64 ECTS credits) . Each credit counts for 30 hours of study work.
