Bastyr University offers a broad range of undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs in the natural health and applied behavioral sciences.

Research:
Since 1986, Bastyr University has engaged in pioneering research in CAM (complementary and alternative medicine). The institution has received several grants from the National Institutes of Health/National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, as well as funding from other public and private sources. Bastyr researchers have conducted a number of projects in collaboration with conventional medical centers.

Community Health Care:
Bastyr Center for Natural Health is the largest natural medicine health clinic in the Northwest, with approximately 35,000 patient visits annually.

As the teaching clinic for Bastyr University, BCNH provides both clinical services and student training. Advanced Bastyr students work together treating patients under the supervision of experienced faculty in Bastyr's Team Care model. The center also operates external ND and AOM training programs at a number of offsite community clinics, which broadens students' clinical experiences while offering natural health care to underserved populations throughout the greater Seattle area.
