NZMA's School of Business and Hospitality Management delivers NZQA-accredited certificate and diploma courses. Fern School of English offering NZQA programs in General English, English for Hospitality, Business English and English for IELTS.

Highlights: * Fern School of English
Fern English provides courses in General English, IELTS Preparation and specialty courses in English for Business and English for Hospitality. These provide a fantastic opportunity for students to: (a) continue studying with NZMA at a diploma or certificate level; (b) move on to study at secondary school, University or Polytechnic; or (c) experience New Zealand while improving their English before returning home or travelling in New Zealand.

* Specialized Employment Placement Company
NZMA owns a dedicated Employment Placement Company called "Redfish". Redfish actively work to place students into part time or full time employment, and can also provide advice on how to write a CV and what to expect during an interview.

* Realistic Industry Based Training
NZMA has practical course content combined with realistic training. NZMA tutors are all industry experts who have worked in their respective fields for many years. NZMA hosts an on-site fully operational café and bars allowing students to receive quality practical training in state-of-the-art modern facilities. Having this fully operating café allows all NZMA and Fern students access to heavily subsidized hot meals and drinks.

* Trusted and Respected by Industry
NZMA is respected for the quality of graduates we produce and for the strong partnerships we have with employers. As well as collaborating with hospitality groups including the Hilton, the Hyatt, Heritage Hotels, the Westin, the Quadrant, the Crowne Plaza and Millennium Hotels and Resorts, NZMA also works with companies such as Telecom, Air New Zealand, Mercury Energy, Coca Cola Amatil and the Pacific Business Trust who sponsor suites at NZMA's academies.

* Multi-lingual Student Services Centre
NZMA has a multi-lingual Student Services team providing advice on a broad range of matters such as banking, accommodation, public transport, visa and insurance information. NZMA Diploma students can apply for online student permits and 12-month graduate work permits through the Student Services Centre which has an Online Visa agreement with the New Zealand Immigration Service.

* Library and Cyber Suite
NZMA and Fern English students have access to the Library, providing a quiet environment for study or just to read the local newspaper. The Cyber Suite is available for students to complete class assignments and stay in touch with friends and family through FREE access to the internet.

* Student Lounge
The Student Lounge is located in a unique area, on the 6th floor roof top garden. There are many exciting features located in the lounge including a pool table and "chill out" area with beanbags, flat screen TV and playstation which is perfect for mixing and meeting other students.
