Description:
Public Sector Economics Programme is aimed to educate high qualification, cross-sector experts in public sector economics, who would be knowledgable of the public sector peculiatrities on the state as well as on the municipal levels. The graduates will be capable of solving economical problems in the areas of education, health service, social services and the likewise. This programme is targeted to students who have background in economics or public administration.
Highlights:
Public Sector Economics students will understand and will be able to evaluate the public sector fundamentals and content, its role and functions in the context of economical glibalisation and integration, economical relationship between the state and its market. They will learn to analyse and apply the mechanism of public goods production, distribution, consumption, and payment. Acquisition of Master's Degree in Public Sector Economics enables the graduates of the programme to get placements in economical subdivisions of the public sector, educational institutions where issues of public sector economics are being researched and taught, in economical services of municipalities, districts, ministries and other departments as well as associated business institutions.
