Description: MSc International Management is a postgraduate masters programme in the School of Management, part of Henley Business School at the University of Reading.

Effectively managing the human side of its operations is a factor key to the long term success of any organisation. Designed for graduates of any discipline, MSc International Management will develop your leadership and management potential and provide you with the knowledge, tools and a perspective that will help you to advance throughout your career.

You will explore some of the central performance challenges that face organisations in the 21st century and gain a leading insight in to potential solutions to these issues. You will also examine some of the key internal issues organisations experience, including new ways to manage, how to develop organisational culture, the theory and practice of corporate social responsibility and financial management.
